x Cameron Dailey Philips
A fake friend stabs you in the back, a real one stabs you in the front
Full Name: Cameron Dailey Phillips Nickname: Cam Age: 16
Height: 5'9 Weight: 145 Birthplace: Beverly Hills, California Ethnicity: caucasian Gender: male Sexual Preference: homosexual
Personality: Cameron has been characterized as a pessimistic optimist-if I may say that. He worries constantly if he has upset someone or if he looks his best. He doesn't like when people he has never talked to or met to instantly dislike him because it eats him up inside until some form of apology is given to him. When he's happy he makes sure everyone else is happy. Or at least he tries. If your a friend or even if you're not he'll try and perk you up seeing as he can find out if your content or upset.
His pessimistic side is often confused with his optimistic side as no one has seen much difference. One of his biggest pet peeves is letting someone see how upset he truly is. He thinks that their enough anger, hatred, fear and sadness in the world as it is and he doesn't need to add to it. When he gets upset he will usually sit quietly something he rarely does and simply smile. He'll probably sit with his hands under him. When he gets really angry he gets loud. He'll throw things yell and break things and barely remember doing any off it. He doesn't mind holding a grudge and if you do manage to piss him off he'll silently sit there sulking. Even if you ask whats wrong he'll reply "nothing".
The only way he will really open up to someone is if that person opens up to him first or if he feels as if he shares a strong connection with them. Sure he's had friends since childhood but he probably wouldn't tell them what was really going on. Though he tries he can't get along with his family. He's nice to them and they're nice to him but it's as if an impenetrable wall is between them which prevents secrets and feelings.
Cameron is gay but doesn't act it unless with a good group of friends. He doesn't feel comfortable around guys and fidgets when he gets a crush on them. He is a bit afraid to make friends with guys fearing that he may indeed fall for one of them, though it's never happened he still fears it will one day.
Hobbies:
Family: Thomas Crestly (father) Anna Jones-Crestly(mother-deceased) Amara Jersy-Crestly (stepmother) Dana Jersy-Crestly (older-stepsister) Jason Crestly (younger-stepbrother) Dillan Douglass Crestly (unborn half-brother)
History: Cameron grew up with a fairly normal life. He went to school, had friends and a loving family. Nothing in his life was out of the ordinary. Until he was in the fifth grade. His father working late had asked if Cameron would stay after school until he was able to come and get him. But Cameron, still a spoiled little brat wouldn't here it and begged his father to come pick him up. His father Thomas, having no way to leave work called Cameron's mother. She quickly hopped a taxi across town to his elementary school.
The road that day had been slick from recent rainy weather and the cab driver wasn't the best in the world. And when the cab spun out of control and into the light pole Cameron's small frail little body was thrown from the car. His mother died painfully, and slowly.
Cameron blamed himself then on for his mothers death and quickly grew out of the whiny little boy he once was. He became reclusive and paranoid. His father worried for his sons lack of social life began dating a woman with two children. Her name was Amara. She and her children instantly fell in love with Thomas and his son. And after three years of dating they married. Uniting the two families. Cameron then became a middle child, seeing as he was only 13 when it happened, his new younger brother 5 and his new older sister 15.
But life doesn't always have a happy ending. Thomas soon saw a change in his son when Cameron reached fifteen. Hed hole up in his rooms with boys his father didn't know and allways have an excuse for staying on the phone late with them. In due time Thomas, Camerons father, soon realised that his son was gay. Not wanting his son to think that he himself thought differently of him he confronted Cameron with questions until he finally revealed his sexuality to him.
Though Thomas had no problem with it Anya did. When he'd married Anya she was one of the most down to earth people he'd ever met. But after seeing that her step-son was gay she quickly changed. Though she'd still cook and do laundry she'd go out of her way to act as if he didn't exist. She begged her husband to send Cameron away anywhere that would ease her mind, but he never would. Until she threatened to walk out with their unborn child. Thats when Thomas got the idea to send Cameron to Oscar Wilde Academy.
So his father wanting only the best for his marriage, told Cameron that he would leave for the academy the following evening. Cameron threw a fit flinging dishes plates and other ornaments. His father restrained him and Cameron cried into his fathers arms the whole night, continuously apologizing over and over again. The next week Cameron left for Oscar Wilde Academy.
